Koenig Passing Guarantee (Applicable on Registrations from January 1, 2012)

In case you are not able to pass the exam, Koenig will provide 1-on-1 doubt clearing sessions (if required) with your trainer, delivered via Distance Learning using Cisco WebEx or any other suitable software.

It will be scheduled on a mutually convenient date and time (between 3.30 AM and 11.30 AM GMT).

This is a unique Passing Guarantee which no other training provider in the world offers.

Following are the conditions of Koenig Passing Guarantee:

1. This offer can be availed only within 3 months of completion of the training.
2. The guarantee only applies for a failed exam. Other exams cannot be substituted in this guarantee.
3. Cost of retake has to be borne by the student.
4. This only applies after proof of failure has been submitted.
5. Passing Guarantee does not apply to CCIE Lab exam.
